Howard Jesse, known as “The Horse Mechanic” among his clients and friends in Canada, believes in giving to horses more than he receives, and he hopes this website will benefit horses everywhere.
He has been a licensed farrier for over 23 years, and is an Equine Dental Technician, having recently completed Level 2 from the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Idaho. He has also studied with veterinarians Dr. Marvin Caine and Dr. Dominique Giniaux, and Dr. Robert North. Howard utilizes the above along with BICOM Bioresonance Therapy and Bioscan to achieve ultimate balance in the horse.
